While the Black Hole card in that Wave Master video can inflict 500 damage
It looks like Black Hole cards in RnR 2 is way very powerful

It's darkness hole, a giga card. That does the damage you're looking for.

Never used it though. Didn't have it and not too fun in my opinion...

There is a card like it. It's called Darknesshole (DrknesHole). It kills a boss if it is beneath 500hp, and all viruses in a battle that are below 250hp. I'm not sure if this card is limited to Fire Leo version though.

Darkness Hole is very good card. If Boss has 500 HP or less (250 for Virus) it kill him (them). That Card doesn't deal damage.
