If I'm right Thirdmaster said about Bly tribe on need to sacrifice brother card to preform KFB directly without counter hit.

But there is no Tribe-king for Bly Tribe

Now, to get free of Bly Tribe on is same as the normal Tribe right??
Which means Rockman has to take a hit of the weak-spot elemental of the Tribe

As far as I remember, you may find her near Nansca Hole to Nansca Denpa in Nansca SkyWeb (EX) and random encounter in Nansca SkyWeb (SP).

Yes but not in all ways. Sometimes You will find Ghost Traders (like that one from beginning of Bermuda Labirinth).
