Well, when you want to use it to preform one hit ko then you must wait the enemies HP drop until 500. That's useless when you want it to use as a legend force.

Well, that card is a time-stopping card,
While in Legend Force, you must use your B. Combo and in B. Combo, no time-stopping card are allowed

So it can't be chained as Legend Force
