Yeah, it was kinda jarring when the scenes were pretty standard, and then suddenly the quality jumps, or drops. And you're like "...What?"

Yeah. That's what bothered me about Xros Wars.

Young Hunters didn't have that as much as Xros Wars did. Especially in the second half of Xros Wars. Quality was a roller coaster.

Really? Am I the only guy in the world that didn't notice this problem?

Also, once you beat the first campaign in Magic Duels, go straight to the store, get the deck builder, buy any boosters you can with gold unlocked, and you'll have enough cards to build decks.

I got an adrenaline attack playing ranked matches in Magic Duels....

It's a problem I have. I've had to deal with it whenever I play MtG matches at Drafts and Sealed events in real life too.

Casual matches don't trigger fight or flight in me though, since nothing at stake. Hence why wants to play with you guys....
