I have gotten gluten poisoning from eating finger food after not washing hands when i fed dog so even fairly trace amounts ingested can do it.

...I was choosing some of my fav Digimon songs, and then it ended up being all Wada and Miyazaki save for three songs.
So I ended up just taking out those three.
