Minecraft cosplay these days has kinda become overdone.

I cosplayed in 2010 before Minecraft was really huge. But yeah, I agree. It's really overdone nowadays. Especially since you can just buy the headgear off the store.

Yeah, I got into the series about the same time myself. Honestly I don't mind them at video game conventions, but it bothers me when they show up at anime conventions. If you're going to cosplay a minecraft character at an anime convention at least use an anime character skin.

I can see how some people like the fact that the timer gives a real feel of danger to the whole thing, but to me it's an annoyance that gets in the way of me buggering about enjoying exploring. BLEH.
