Yeah, I definitely agree with the stepping stone thing, but I feel like he really did not care much about getting the characterization of each character right though. I mainly watch One Piece for the characters, so I just keep noticing things that they really would not do and it's making watching it difficult....
I don't know about one piece...

He did alright with Digimon. I mean, he did direct the first movie and teh second, and like a super crucial episode. xD
The movie is great though, besides that.
I'm mildly obsessed with the series. He got the world right, just feels like he fucked up the characters a bit.
Oh God.... I looked up that episode. One Piece has some unnecessary filler arcs early on, and that's from one of them. It was one of the weaker episodes of that arc too, to put it lightly....
Sounds like he's better at Digimon than One Piece.

Yeah, sorry. I was just downloading them over the past few days. Haven't even had enough time to get them all down yet.
And kind of boring. Lack of music. Slow-paced. And just EH.
The dub kind of fucks it up by mashing them together? But you get the gist of it anyway? As long as you ignore any mentions of Willis before part 3.
But, I absolutely love the dub scripts. Digimon dubs are way more comedic.
I was just confused because I was like, what, why can't I upload a PSD that's like 700 kilobytes. ono
