Steam reported that they don't believe it allowed people to use accounts, just see them. I only have Steam Wallet money, no credit card attached. And I never save my Paypal information to Steam ever anyway.
But when I asked Steam support they replied this
"There is no indication that your account has been compromised or accessed by another user.
You are welcome to change your email address and password if you feel someone has your account credentials or is trying to log in without your permission."

Well, I still got something to do this year. You know, I have cooperator now, my business is now seems in a golden age. But this mean, I have no time for rest this year because there are too many figures to be added.
Besides that, it is a hell matter for me. Due to I can't leave the shop for a single minute, I have no time for date, that means, even I am 30 years old now, I will be still single for several years (Probably).
I can't leave my works to someone else. First, none of any other my family members know about figures and something like ACG, even worse is that they can't read English and Japanese. Then, the way which I could import Japanese figures is probably a top secret, I can't leave this work to any others. If I told them, it will be the end of my business.
