My company has a small set up. A whole bilk of the project is further contracted out. My boss decided on the vendor to be awarded with the contract, and our largest vendor is also very poor in engineering and technical knowledge.
The project is basically making loss, thus our vendor refused to comply with many requirements. In the end, as a middle man I need to convince the client to remove some of the not-so-critical things, since my client is too stupid to realized that those is not a necessity, and my vendor is too stupid to explain that those things are not necessary.
