It doesn't rise well with yeast, and even worse with baking powder/soda.

I made cake with almond meal today, and was better than most I've had in a while. But a bit too much on the heavy side.
Hence looking into coconut floor.
I have no issues with them, but also wanna scream "Fuck you guys." at them because they're burying recipes in google search so badly.
Googling gluten free recipes AND any flour that isn't a grain almost exclusively results in vegan and paleo stuff. IT'S SO FRUSTRATING.
AND NONE OF THE DAMN GLUTEN FREE STUFF I HAVE GIVES INFO ON IT.
I just tested almond meal today. HOLY SHIT IT HELPS SO MUCH.
But my issue is, I am not a trained cook.
I need recipes, otherwise I am helpless. I do not understand the science behind gluten free cooking well.
Hell, you even need to use some sort of science bullshit on yeast so it works with gluten-free stuff.

I just want nice food. And not have it be an effort to make.
Or have to go through 50 pages on google before finding the recipe that fits the parameters of what I want to make....
