I went to the bank with mom th other day, they had a magic touchscreen ATM and I looked at it and saw in the language choices, Japanese. So I'm like "oh look, Japanese." *points* ... *touches Japanese* .... "oops" Good thing I can kinda read it, I was able to read the part that said "Fast withdraw" Good times...

First, it was not a disaster. Second, it was just heavy rain and high winds. There would be no reason to cancel school or shut down the city or anything.
