Looks like you made the same expression I did...
Though I have to admit, besides the occasional tasteless jokes, the series is quite superb.
The ninjas show up suddenly and make him their leader. He finds this more annoying than anything else, but he decides to put up with it. Arguing with ninjas is a bit hard.
Eventually other ninja clans get involved. Also, these ninjas aren't anywhere near the Naruto type. These ninjas use powerful moves, but they aren't seen when they do it.
It's called Shiinake no Hitobito, there's only 6 chapters at the moment, so it's pretty easy to catch up at the moment.
My favoritest thing about it so far is this image though.

Strangely enough, by around the fourth page the plot heavily involves pokemon.
Pokemon doesn't exactly invoke manliness...
