Veoh was great in the beginning, but they got strict, as well. Crunchyroll is the same way now.
IMHO, I don't forsee the subs getting on places like Youtube and staying anytime soon.

Actually, I'll retract one of my previous statements.
It is only Veoh and Crunchyroll that are being pains. I just did a Youtube search, and you can pretty much find the english dubs there. However, I am not sure about english subs (since ShoPro probably still views subbed episodes as "their" episodes that people have only modified).
It's a bunch of legal stuff that is a pain to understand most of the time.
