But in all honesty, Ryuusei no Rockman doesn't feel Rockman-ish either.

I get the feeling they didn't go with any of those concepts because in the two-handed sketches Subaru looks evil, and in the one-handed ones War-Rock does.

Well they gave a good rundown of what capcom wanted can you see a comet symbol used everywhere commety hair RnR logo. Antenna thingy's. And They were thinking about warrock still.
