umm yeah before this post I had actually no idea what rocknote meant in that rude post I didnt understand a word. And a forum is like a place in the real world if you dont follow the law chaos follows. So the authoritie needs some kind of power to make people follow it.

Well, sometimes warn are not working
A public humiliation would give them some "attack to the heart" by letting the others know that one is being aimed by staffs's shotgun
