Misora vs. Luna

There are some hints for him and Misora too; 1 would be in episode 24&25: When Harp Note caught Ophicus Queen with her attack Rockman and Harp Note both where staring at each other and they first stopped after Ophicus Queens screamed "Stop staring at each other like that!". Staring at each other was enough for them to forget the fight....

The point is, if that's the only reason people are really supporting Subaru and Misora, that's really sad.

Not only that, yeah, so Misora looks like Mayl and there's the whole Roll thing, but remember, Mayl =/= Roll. She just has the Net Navi. Continuing with that, from what I've heard, Luna does a lot more in the game than what Yai ever did. There are other changes too.

More or less though, you're just saying you like Misora and Subaru because it's most likely they'll put them together to continue the legacy of incest. Oh wait, right, no longer related. Then I guess it never really was a legacy. >_>

Well, good for you.

While I do think the game makes a much stronger case for Subaru and Misora's friendship, I see love without necessarily seeing romance. Like the love Netto had for Saito at the end of every game where he thinks Rockman died.

Subaru and Misora are extremely good friends, relating to each other in the anime because they're both Denpa-Human heroes, relating in the game because they both lost a parent. But with relationships, especially anime ones, I'm looking for either one of the two people being head over heels or in complete denial. And Luna actually represents both.

I find it funny how Luna is both XD

One of the main things is for me is Subaru and Misora can relate too well, so it's hard for me to see more for a family bond. In a way, Luna has her own problems that make her feel distant from her family and in a way, can kind of know the feeling of losing someone because of the fact that she always feels awkward around them and not being able to be herself, so it's kind of a different feeling for her, but in a way, she can relate while still being different.

Yeah, I know, but it just seemed so random as it was out of nowhere and plus the fact that he solely did the brother request to get her to stop crying because of what War Rock said rather than much else is really what made it seem kind of pity-ish to me.

From what I heard, Luna is closer to Mayl in personality rather than Misora is, which is another thing.

Besides, Luna has done a lot to help. Let's see..in the first game, Misora has shown up twice or so to help him in battle? And the second time I believe is after War Rock and Subaru fight so technically, she isn't helping him, just War Rock.

I just think Luna had a bigger part of helping Rockman than Misora did in the game. *shrugs*

Looking at the history of the games (not the anime) this is how i see it.

Battle network and the original megaman series (which has progressed to the point of the X and zero years) seem to play out the same in terms of concepts. I.E megaman and roll both fight together, protoman is rogue and is also sort of rogue IN THE GAME of battle network. Bass in both timelines is constantly after megaman (although he seems to forget every time you meet him in game). Iris and Colonel are still brother and sister and in BN 6 a lot of original ideas were incorporated into the explanation of how they were created and related. Even zero was included in the battle network series but was extremly underpowered and appeared in Network Transmission for the Gamecube (quite unpopular) as a virus. Dr.light (if my memory serves me well) is represented as grandpa Hikari who worked along side Wily (who in the battle network series is perfectly equivalent to the one in the original series) and who's inventions also correspond with that of the original series e.g. the light program and Megaman himself. The idea of souls really comes from the idea that in the original series upon beating a boss you got one of their skills and when you had them equipped your colour would change.

so no doubt they would do the same when making starforce in order to keep a sence of legacy? the ideas that this is true in the case of battlenetwork to star force is as followed:

Lan's net navi was megaman - Geo resembles Lan in physical appearance and can wave change with omega-xis to become megaman.

in battle network Megaman fought along side roll (aswell as Gutsman etc...) who's operator was Mayl - Harpnote happens to be the only other "good" FM-ian that fights along side Megaman and is arguably the roll of megaman starforce and in human form is Sonia who also arguably resembles Mayl (more so in terms of personality aswell).

One of Lan's friends was Yai the spoilt rich girl who skipped a couple years because she was so clever, nothing of importance to do with the actual story line - Luna is the same concept, rich, spoilt, smart (yet blonde ) but of course has her own unique qualities (but that can be said for Sonia aswell)

Lan married Mayl at the end of BN 6 in a scene that was meant to be the future - [future input required from starforce series]

if you see the pattern ive pointed you will know whats going to be put in those brackets. To those who say in game Geo does also fight for Luna i say Lan always fought for his friends aswell so? To those who say this is just a theory you cant prove anything i say yes it is just a theory but considering it is theres a hell of alot of proof supporting my view and then again thats really all we have to work on, theorys and opinions.

its a theory that supports my view, being a theory it is just one theory i thought id post, theres many other reasons but by being a thread most of those reasons are already posted so i shouldn't really need to, the thread just collects the ideas and slowly accumulates, whether support or criticism, you just happen to have 80% of all Luna feedback in this thread but its still opinions, criticize my theory but in the end games are made by people which is my perspective and it will turn out accordingly to how they have it planned not to how the imaginary personality of the characters in the game play it out whether or not it be misora or luna

- Enthusiastic... Not exactly about work, thanks to the manager, but she is contented. Plus... yay, she has more normal hair... but never mind that.

Luna
- So to say... she's kinda power-hungry... Then again, the point is she's not contented with what she has. Plus, I've never seen such ridiculous hair yet...... Anyway, the point is that she ticks me off... Right, she does admit that Subaru is Rockman in RnR2, but... well, I've never heard Misora shout or command people. That's scary.(Except the manager.)

Next is Power.

Harp Note
- ........ She's not weak...... <_<

-In the first game, Shock Note stuns and she can combo you for a full chain of attacks, which piles on the damage. This is especially so in the SP Version.

-In RnR2, her Shock Note is slightly delayed and doesn't stun anymore, but Machine Gun String would catch you by surprise, due to the sudden speed. Pulse Song has 3 different kinds, with different effects. Pink for confuse, purple for... blind, and blue for a status which prevents you from moving.

Ophiucus Queen
- .......... Hmmm, let's just say she can't be said as super powerful actually...

-Sad to say, all that's dangerous are the snakes. Seriously, without those mini snakes, She's a pushover...... And there's also a way to stop her from doing that... At the pause before the snakes appear, just stun her, and she uses gorgon eye. On the third time, it's quick serpent, and it repeats.

Finally, who supports who and why/how:

Misora
- Well, She DID go to Empty's side for some time. That's why you had to fight her in the game. She can Denpa Henkan freely, meaning she can help Subaru anytime, and no, she doesn't need Rockman to save her unless it's absolutely necessary, unlike Luna who always needs help.(INDEPENDENCE!) Besides, she went to Empty's side because he threatened to attack Subaru if she didn't co-operate. So, Subaru comes first.

Luna
- ...... Hyoh, I'd say she does support Subaru, but let's just say... She gets out of the Rockman fangirling halfway into RnR2's Storyline. That's good, but I find it disturbing that she always gets in the way. If I were Subaru, I'd probably have shot her with the buster a long time ago...... If Ophiucus is Stronger than Harp Note as you people say, then why does she need to be saved every TIME?! It's kinda irritating.... Yeah... Kinda...

Besides, well, like... RockNote said, with some other people I think... Uh, Misora can Denpa Henkan on her own free will. That's important, which shows Luna is wealer than Misora, due to the fact that only, like, strong willed people can break free or take control over the Denpa Henkan. Such is the case of Wolf in the anime.

Thus... Final Verdict:

Yay! Misora FTW!

- In RnR2, She has the ability to summon Shady Denpa...... '

Her hair is not important for me although I'm like it but Emi always says the fans like her
because of her hair and WHAT THE HELL she saying like that? Many person thinks about Meiru or Roll when talking about Misora/Harp Note and that is unacceptable because Meiru is Meiru and Misora is Misora. She is better than Luna like Thirdmaster said about she not like a person who always command people like Luna. Luna should not be like that even she always awkward and I also cannot stand it at all. Even she is a problem but Subaru wouldn't shoot her with Rockbuster because they are friend but I 'm opposite. I'm always use DOUBLE HARPNOTE SP to delete her every time when I'm playing Megaman Star Force. Even Harp Note is stronger than Ophiucus Queen but what I think is power is not everything except for protect somebody we love. Harp Note's will is strong as Rockman's will except when she's sleeping like an angel.

The point is, if that's the only reason people are really supporting Subaru and Misora, that's really sad.

Not only that, yeah, so Misora looks like Mayl and there's the whole Roll thing, but remember, Mayl =/= Roll. She just has the Net Navi. Continuing with that, from what I've heard, Luna does a lot more in the game than what Yai ever did. There are other changes too.

More or less though, you're just saying you like Misora and Subaru because it's most likely they'll put them together to continue the legacy of incest. Oh wait, right, no longer related. Then I guess it never really was a legacy. >_>

This is also unacceptable. Misora is not equal to Mayl or Roll and they are different girls with different characteristics. If you think it is for continue something like THAT then you are wrong because an expert LunaXSubaru shipper wouldn't thinks like THAT.

Anyway, my points:

Misora ftw!

Reasons:

1. Style. Pretty simple. Luna lacks something Misora has... Hmm, let's just have a personality comparison:

Misora
- Enthusiastic... Not exactly about work, thanks to the manager, but she is contented. Plus... yay, she has more normal hair... but never mind that.

Luna
- So to say... she's kinda power-hungry... Then again, the point is she's not contented with what she has. Plus, I've never seen such ridiculous hair yet...... Anyway, the point is that she ticks me off... Right, she does admit that Subaru is Rockman in RnR2, but... well, I've never heard Misora shout or command people. That's scary.(Except the manager.)

Next is Power.

Harp Note
- ........ She's not weak...... <_<

-In the first game, Shock Note stuns and she can combo you for a full chain of attacks, which piles on the damage. This is especially so in the SP Version.

-In RnR2, her Shock Note is slightly delayed and doesn't stun anymore, but Machine Gun String would catch you by surprise, due to the sudden speed. Pulse Song has 3 different kinds, with different effects. Pink for confuse, purple for... blind, and blue for a status which prevents you from moving.

Ophiucus Queen
- .......... Hmmm, let's just say she can't be said as super powerful actually...

-Sad to say, all that's dangerous are the snakes. Seriously, without those mini snakes, She's a pushover...... And there's also a way to stop her from doing that... At the pause before the snakes appear, just stun her, and she uses gorgon eye. On the third time, it's quick serpent, and it repeats.

Finally, who supports who and why/how:

Misora
- Well, She DID go to Empty's side for some time. That's why you had to fight her in the game. She can Denpa Henkan freely, meaning she can help Subaru anytime, and no, she doesn't need Rockman to save her unless it's absolutely necessary, unlike Luna who always needs help.(INDEPENDENCE!) Besides, she went to Empty's side because he threatened to attack Subaru if she didn't co-operate. So, Subaru comes first.

Luna
- ...... Hyoh, I'd say she does support Subaru, but let's just say... She gets out of the Rockman fangirling halfway into RnR2's Storyline. That's good, but I find it disturbing that she always gets in the way. If I were Subaru, I'd probably have shot her with the buster a long time ago...... If Ophiucus is Stronger than Harp Note as you people say, then why does she need to be saved every TIME?! It's kinda irritating.... Yeah... Kinda...

Besides, well, like... RockNote said, with some other people I think... Uh, Misora can Denpa Henkan on her own free will. That's important, which shows Luna is wealer than Misora, due to the fact that only, like, strong willed people can break free or take control over the Denpa Henkan. Such is the case of Wolf in the anime.

Thus... Final Verdict:

Yay! Misora FTW!

Her hair is not important for me although I'm like it but Emi always says the fans like her
because of her hair and WHAT THE HELL she saying like that? Many person thinks about Meiru or Roll when talking about Misora/Harp Note and that is unacceptable because Meiru is Meiru and Misora is Misora. She is better than Luna like Thirdmaster said about she not like a person who always command people like Luna. Luna should not be like that even she always awkward and I also cannot stand it at all. Even she is a problem but Subaru wouldn't shoot her with Rockbuster because they are friend but I 'm opposite. I'm always use DOUBLE HARPNOTE SP to delete her every time when I'm playing Megaman Star Force. Even Harp Note is stronger than Ophiucus Queen but what I think is power is not everything except for protect somebody we love. Harp Note's will is strong as Rockman's will except when she's sleeping like an angel.

What is the real story about Harp Note when she's with Empty's side and I didn't understand at all and is it true she can summon something like THAT?

3 and 4. You're saying from the beginning. The first few games, Roll technically was Megaman's/Rockman's sister and they weren't paired up, so I'm saying it really isn't a legacy unless it started out with incest.
5. It's not so much standards as it came out as "I support so and so because it's obvious it'll happen because of so and so other games and you're just wasting your time"

But remember, I asked why people liked the shipping, so explain to me, what do you like about it? And that means things out of theory.

Misora has nothing to do with Roll and it is not true for support with such simple reason. You should ask yourself first why you become a shipper and the answer will come to you.

its a theory that supports my view, being a theory it is just one theory i thought id post, theres many other reasons but by being a thread most of those reasons are already posted so i shouldn't really need to, the thread just collects the ideas and slowly accumulates, whether support or criticism, you just happen to have 80% of all Luna feedback in this thread but its still opinions, criticize my theory but in the end games are made by people which is my perspective and it will turn out accordingly to how they have it planned not to how the imaginary personality of the characters in the game play it out whether or not it be misora or luna

I'm a Subaru x Luna supporter but i can't give a complete explanation

I just wanna say that both of them are really suitable

More, Luna cares so much about Subaru on the very first epis
It may looks like she just wanna get some points as a Class President
But by seeing that she accompany Subaru to the new planetarium, and make a bunch of notes for him, i think she has something in his mind other than just wanna get some points to achieve the Student Council President

And, in Subaru's side, like i said again, his face always turned red and become shy when his mother tease him to say about his feelings on Luna
Means, he also has some feeling for Luna

I want to remember people abou the fact that all the personalitys in starforce are mirrored in comparision to BN (or at least turned upside down). And Starforce was meant to break free from the chains of previous games thats why no character is named roll, and the only .....man is megaman.

And I really like the idea of two people who love each other and fight together with special powers.
And when misora started using battle cards she was alot stronger.
