Downloads
Since this series is so old, and was redone to DVD by the Ryuu Rogue team, we do not really offer distro services for this. The only place you'll find it is on the XDCC Bots located in the IRC channel.

I'm basically making this because I have a file that still can be usable. I plan upload more in the coming days. If anyone else would like to contribute, please do so, and I'll make all links available in this post.

I kind-a felt bad from way back where I was supposed to time Savers 25 but windows died on me and I lost all the work and disappeared for like o__o 5 months, so I wanted to make some kind of contribution, plus I tend to help people out a lot for no reason, so no problem ^-^

Sorry if speeds not the best, I ordered a new server Monday that'll be faster once I make the switch, it's still not set-up. Damn holidays @_@

Edit: Don't wanna double post, so yeah. Got the new server and all files are now housed there.

Hi, I'm new to this forum and after seeing a few of the episodes at my friends house, I thought that it would be nice to see the rest of the series, so I searched around for the people who subbed the episodes, and found my way here.
It's great that all the episodes are right here to directly download, but I'm having a viewing problem, if anyone could help, it'd be greatly appreciated.

So here's my problem: I've DDL'ed an episode (34), and I started viewing it in WMP, and at first I thought it was fine, since I heard the intro music play, but the strange thing was that I couldn't see the actual anime, and instead of the video of the Savers episode, I was only able to see a default Windows Media Player background (Battery: Randomization). At first I didn't think much of it, since this sort of thing does happen to me every now and then, and is easily solved by going to full screen mode, so I did that, and it still didn't work, however, when I exited, I saw a few captions of the Subbing of the episode (It was like thanks to someone, I think), but I wasn't able to reproduce anything like that.
Is anyone able to help me out in my situation, and perhaps solve it for me?

Personally I hate WMP and I use VLC Media player ([SIZE=-1]www.videolan.org/vlc/) [/SIZE], that has most of the codecs built in and it usually works with almost any media file I've ever opened without any issues. Though if you like WMP, I think all you'd have to get is XviD off XviD.org. I haven't really done much of this related stuff in a while, so not positive.

Yeah, you need the XviD codec. Try googling for "CCCP" and install that - and all your fansub watching troubles will cease

Yup....I would definitely use CCCP...the problem is you have to make sure to remove all codecs that you've installed before...but it will tell you all about that.

I personally use Media Player Classic (included w/ CCCP), and before that I used Windows Media Player 6 (you can access that by typing "winplayer2" w/o the quotes into the run prompt).

One problem with Media Player 9/10/whatever is current right now is that it will send information on what you're watching if you don't disable those settings. And I really don't trust that they don't send anything even if you do. Also it's extremely bloated with stuff that is in no way necessary for watching a video. Which is what I use it for.

And I doubt my computer has any codecs that I know about, so I think it should run fairly well.
And I only use WMP, because it's the only thing I've bothered to have, yay for laziness

This is a lot better than how it was, with the downloads on different threads, but as they were first released there, there was no helping it. Good job Lige.

Wanted to point out two quick things:

1). Episode 47 seems to be corrupted, I couldn't play it after DLing it.
2). I saw ep 47 on youtube, and about 4 minutes from the end there's a little amusing mispelling: "If you call yourself a fod, then grant us our wish

But it's an easy mistake seeing how f is next to g on the qwerty keyboard.
