He was born from Rockman's data
By Dr. Regal, that data was being modified and added with the essence of darkness
thus, Dark Rock is born

Dark Rock hates Rockman for being as another part of him, and he wants to kill Rockman so he could take over the name "Rockman" in the Cyber World
he also said that the Cyber World doesn't need 2 Rockman.EXEs

Light program might be caused by a little complexion from Rockman's data
Since Rockman's data is light data (remember Hub/Saito)
