What I meant was that your NCP was trying too hard to avoid brokenness. So much that I think you lose more than you gain with that piece. There is a CyberElf in Megaman Zero that doubles your health, but it takes off 20 points per mission. Taking up the whole Customizer is like removing 50 points per mission.
