No. It's changed because they didn't want to use it/didn't have the money. It's your average rehash of a show. Just like every other kid anime that gets an English dub.

1-4 are on FUNi's site. They'll probably continue to post 2 subbed episodes a week. Then probably later this summer/into fall we'll see a few dubbed episodes go up, and then finally, the DVDs will come out sometime this fall.

The stream of ep1 is completely down. I thought it was just because I was in the US, but it's that way for people in Austrailia too. Also, it seems like they are practically doing one episode a day... getting well into the 20-30s by the end of May.
