Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works (NOT THE MOVIE, that's an old bad adaption)
Fate/Stay Night Heaven's Feel (alternate story of Unlimited Blade Works stuff)
Fate/Zero (prequel, but it should be watched after Fate/Stay Night stuff)
Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya (optional, magical girl spin-off parody thing)

Though really no need to watch them all, but I've heard really good things about Fate/Zero.

Heaven's Feel hasn't come out yet though, so not sure if it'll be good or not.
