CPU: 100 W+/-
HDD: 10 W+/- per hard disk
MoBo: Usually not more than 50 W (I don't know)
Graphic card: ???

Cpu is 130 at least under load. Just looked up the graphics card and the overclocked version is about 350-ish under load.

edit: Or if you're willing to spend money I've heard good things about the Corsair PSUs. I would definitely not go with a "green" PSU if you're gaming..

I am now using a brand called Hexa. I don't know whether it's available over there or not, but quite nice review.
