The second guy I talked to at customer service, I just went screw it and basically threw it at them that the issues are linked very closely to the harddrive.
Instead of pretending to not know what the fuck is going on.
I got five points back on my Thermodynamics exam. I'm actually impressed he gave me the two points for the quality fiasco. The other points were points I should've never lost however.
That still only puts me as 89% overall, because my other points lost actually made sense to me.
