I'd rather have the first time loop before Alternate.
It's complicated. There's three timelines.
The timeline where the main character lives a normal life in our time.
One where he wakes up in the mecha universe and lives out a life there.
And then one where he wakes up after the first loop and tries to make things better than they were the first.

I've played the VN for the first and part of the second. Read the manga for all of the second. It was sad. I cried.
Need to play the last game, but waiting until it comes out and I can buy it.
Alternate is the third timeline.
Also, I believe the anime that came out was just based off of a light novel spin off.
I know it was a spin-off, but I enjoyed it.
I want adaptions of the original stuff....
