So. We had spaghetti one night. Was gluten free. Next day I found a huge bowl of leftover spaghetti and ate it all. Like 4 servings worth smothered in sauce because I hate the taste of gluten-free pasta. Family gets home and they tell me it's gluten spaghetti.
I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS GLUTEN CONTAINING PASTA IN THE HOUSE, MUCH LESS COOKED. NO ONE TOLD ME. IT LOOKED THE SAME AND I COULDN'T TASTE IT BECAUSE SO MUCH PASTA SAUCE.
Never got tested, but I know for sure I have it. Hard to ignore the stabbing sensation in my intestines, the cramps, the acid reflux, fatigue, and bloating.
Among a few other symptoms I can't remember off the top of my head.
