But one part I don´t quite get: I thought は is "ha" and わ is "wa" (At least that´s what I learned in that Knuckles in China Land game) - why does は transliterate to "wa" here? (I noticed that elsewhere too: after I transliterated a song text, I noticed the singer sings "wa" and not "ha" for は....)

particle. When "ha" is used as a particle, it's pronounced "wa".
