I demanded a few things from the company:
1) Employee benefits that are standardized - My company is under an umbrella of a local chemical conglomerate, and the benefits are still not integrated. So, I received sub-par benefit
2) Salary adjustment - I was absorbed into the company without salary adjustment, which is detrimental to my future, even if I eventually switch company. That's because no one will believe a big company won't give annual adjustment. The only reason that everybody will think of is - you are sub-standard. Furthermore I have seen the so called 2 years or 3 years experience "seniors" which do job lousier than me, or either all talk but no walk.
3) Interview - I thrown a letter of appointment without any notice, and forced to sign coz they threatened that they would issue a notice to ask me to repay the scholarship that I borrowed. This is unfair to me as I never had a chance to prove my worthiness. Also with all my work done in the past year, my hidden potential (I know I have) were all denied. They never took my effort into consideration.
4) Better computer - basically my company computer is from Stone Age
5) Transfer - Since they denied all my request, I'd rather start anew in another department. They don't recognize my experience in this field, as well I shall learn new things like a fresh grad in another department. At least I won't say that "Hey, you've gotta pay me more coz I worked for a year".
And the list goes on...
Doesn't necessarily work for me. D: Sometimes I can be thinking about one thing and dream about another. Sometimes it works like you said. Sometimes... my subconscious is just being stupid.I would of posted this last night, but I forgot.
The easiest way to have a lucid dream is to daydream about what you want your dream to be about while falling asleep and it will be what you dream about. Well, a very rough approximation of that anyways. It usually stays in the same genre as you were daydreaming about, but the rest? Well, it can vary. Just hope you don't run into anything your character can't handle, if your mind doesn't have enough control over the dream, well the results aren't always fun.
An example from my experiences: Dead guy hung above a room and a bunch of stone platforms led from once side of the room to the other, I don't remember what it was about, but I remember crossing the room leading an expedition of some sort. It was a very long time ago, before I had created the characters I had now, so I my character was just a normal human. It kinda traumatized me then for some reason back then.
What happened was I had played a platformer game right before I went to bed, so I was thinking about the game and it affected my dreams, and since my mind had no experience forcing the dreams reality to fit my own my mind conformed to the dream. When you conform to a dream that has negative elements, it usually doesn't end well, hence nightmares.
One tip for happy dreams, don't think about people you know before you fall asleep. Maybe you have a happy dream, maybe you have a dream were you fight to protect them, maybe you end up on a planet of demonic creatures that will eat [insert person here] soul. Or worse.

Nite Futa.Enough for the rant. Bed time...

But you got to grow up in a country where you can... er... kind of get away with that?blade would have an allergic reaction to this situation. I'd break out in fists.
blade utterly loathes injustice. His first reaction is to punch them. If I actually reach a second thought without doing the first it usually involves doing something nasty without getting caught.
Usually my ideas a bad ones.
<_>; Lige...Interview went well, though... and I won $10 (well, $8, technically) on a $2 scratchoff ...
/hopes for Lige/Wont know if I got job til Friday p.q

But people's brains operate differently. What works for you may not work for others.
Wut'd I do?<_>; Lige...
Thanks/hopes for Lige/
So how's life after death?Hmm... When I get hurt in dreams, hurts me too usually. Especially when I die in dreams (quite frequent) -- I usually wake up somewhat weak when that happens too =/
I think that was two pages ago, but meh o_o
