I want to tell you that I have never watched a single episode of Pokemon anime and I have never played a single version of Pokemon game as well. So I don't know any pet in Pokemon. But I prefer the Touhou version because the pets are Touhou characters. It's interesting to have such cute lolita looking Pokemons.

Well, the first three Pokemons in THMON are Hakurei Reimu, Kirisame Marisa and Izayoi Sakuya. I always choose Reimu due to when she got level 10, she can learn a donation skill which you can earn money in each attack. When Reimu is level 10, you can use donation skill to attack the enemy and got $50, and $55 when she is level 11, then $60 when she is level 12 and that's the formulate.

Touhou games are a nightmare for me. Bullethell is a literal hell for some people, although using the characters in pokemon game could be fun, especially for the scythe users....
