Ryuusei no Rockman 2. Can't get past the part where Subaru goes into the city and climbs the elevator to the hoverboard materializing.

Beat Final Fantasy Tactics and switched over to Atelier Iris 3. Hot damn, this battle system is fun! The timed dungeons are sort of annoying though...
