I could see 4kids dubbing something like that when they were still alive.

They probably would make it half decent while dubbing.

Despite 4kids' fails, they did a pretty good job at the writing part of the dubbing process.

Oh, and the doctor explained exactly what happened to my ankle. I twisted my ankle so far that the achilles tendon pulled hard enough on the bone that goes along the outside of my foot that it snapped.

So basically I gave myself a super twisted ankle.
