Well, there will be an activity for Touhou cosplayers in Oct 2nd. It is said that someone will take the video for it.
We got 8 days off due to the mid-autumn and the National Day.
If you really know Touhou I want to tell you that this time, all the characters are the original version which created by ZUN. My character is Konpaku Youki because I don't want to dress as a girl.
en.touhouwiki.net said:No official image of Youki exists. However, many fans portray him as an old man with long swept-back white hair and a short beard, dressed in a hakama and coat (usually green/white to match Youmu). ZUN is aware of this
It's probably better because I get a (very) different perspective looking at the work.I don't know whether I can be of any help because what you are doing seems quite different from what we did. You know... Western-style education vs. Eastern-style. But sure you can try ask some thing I will see if I am able to advise or not.
Here we don't get to choose the course after getting into the uni. We put our choices on which discipline first, then the government (Ministry of Higher Education) will decide for you. From the market here, the choices is highly geographically dependent. Like me, I chose ChemE, but I am not very interested in Oil & Gas/PetroChem, so I am half way stuck. For me to stay near my hometown, I should have take EE, as there are big factories like Intel, Agilent and Bosch here. To be more general, ME is the passport to everywhere.
Anyway, I found my interest. For now I will just stay in water business (I'm doing process design), later if there's opportunity, then I will try out process design for O&G. See how the future goes, if the doomsday is not Dec 20, 2012. XD
Finally passed that bitch of a test? Congrats!Sorry to leave for a long time. A lot happened in the past months.
First, due to the incoming problem, I left the company which I worked for 5 years but ended up didn't find another one.
Then, I start to learn accounting for I need a lisence to do it.
Right now, I passed the test and prepare for the new work.
So, Komeiji Megumi want to learn engineering to create a palace like Earth Spirit Palace which Satori created?
Uh, totally don't get the reference, but yeah, I'm in the College of Engineering, pulling my hair out trying to keep up with a professor that talks way too fast for my own good.I learnt engineering in my college life as well, but ended up failed in the test again and again, and when I was graduated, I gave up it and started another job. After that, I learnt accounting in university after work.
AHHHHHHHHHHH
(I think this Touhou X Hetalia pic says it all)
On a "other side" note, megumiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii (rl is a bi*ch...)On a side note, Matzeeeeeeeeee.

I totally get the Western VS Eastern thing. We get to choose disciplines and kind of the courses we take? I mean, there are all the core classes you have to get through no matter what to get your degree; you just have to freedom to choose when to take all of them. Then electives is kind of free for all, though most of the time, they're directed towards minors and stuff.
I'm tempted by an ME major with a EE minor, since it's kind of general passport with a little more specificity in electrical stuff.
But, yeah, don't lose hope yet. The future is bright, even if that one day seems to mark the end (the end of the world could have many meanings, I discovered).
Yeah, my brother is AeroE w/ EE minor. To me, ME + EE seems like a great choice too.
I don't give shit about "the end". When it comes, it comes. Nobody can stop it. So why care?

You were an engineering major as well? Note the were, but whatever.
