It is going really slowly. I feel the anime could've been in the next arc by now. But at the same time, I don't feel like it's a bad thing? At this pace the anime won't catch up to the manga too quickly. If the anime caught up, then there'd be problems.

It's not exactly filler, it's just that they made some parts take longer. It's all still important plot that happens in the manga.
