Work shit escalated, now I'm at risk for losing my job because they're claiming my coworker and I still aren't doing our jobs correctly/hard enough/w/e... Basically they're just trying to get us to quit and or "fire us" due to these write-ups. Oh, forgot to mention, we got written up Friday morning. (The day I broke hand)

Soo... I might be losing the chance to move in with friend, which, will make me homeless for reals now (not just a chance, already gave 30 days notice 'n stuff...)

Oh, and if you're wondering why I can type still, I had a friend who got broken up with ON Valentine's day, he was near (if not at) suicidal so I kind-a forced myself to be able to type, it does hurt, but I can "limited" use my hand for keyboard/mouse. Just a loooot slower. ;x

I punched so hard it actually bruised my palm, this is /after/ the bruise healed up a bit <.<

Why are they doing that?

Payroll keeps getting cut more and more every month or two. Next week for example, all full timers are down 2.5 hours for the week, part timers are down to 1 day a week. On night crew, we have "3 too many full timers", Max and I are easy targets because we're the "eldest" in our department (him 13 years, me 1.5) of 4. 4 people in an entire department. With pay cuts, they see that as numbers rather than common sense. It NEEDS 4 people because we sort 7 departments worth of shit every truck, as well as work 3 departments.
