You brother has a jeep, he hits you accidentally and only your arm hurts? O_O

He was trying to get me to chase after it. I complied. He tapped the brakes and it stuck a bit, so I ended up eating the open door. blade moves fast, and doesn't slow down well.

He bought me cosplay stuff afterwards so all ended well.

Hey gumi, do you celebrate Chinese new year over there?
Sadly, no, because I'm at school. ;=; And I'm scared of the general Chinese population that's here. They're quite obnoxious, tbh.

I got to eat the dorm food meal, I guess. xD

My parents offered to let me go home for the weekend to celebrate, but I have three exams this week, so I decided to focus on my studies instead.

;v; So my family plans on "making it up" over Spring Break.

Yeah, of Chinese ancestry. They're both from northeastern China (though my dad's family is actually from the south, but whatever).

I think the international students from China just have huge egos or something. I know like one guy from China, that's a full-on international student, that I don't find obnoxious. The other Asians I've interacted with so far here that didn't want me to strangle them for their obnoxiousness were either from like Thailand or the Philippines or somewhere not China, or have been in the US for a significant amount of time.

I guess it's just a sudden shift from what I interacted with in high school. In high school, most of the Asian population have been in the US since elementary school (with parents being grad students), if not born in the US (and a lot of them, I've known since elementary school or middle school, lol). Very few (only like one or two) have only been in the US for less than like two years. But then, enter college, and bam, almost all of them are international students. I've only met one guy here that is Asian that has clearly been in the US for long enough to seem normal.
