I have them on my PC, although I didn't use them because I'm currently translating Rockman.EXE Axess, and only after completing it I'll start Stream. I use Korean subs at Axess, too, and they were quite accurate. If you would like to, I can upload the Korean subs.
Although they aren't the most perfect (then I didn't use a filter in every episode that completely removes interlace at transitions. :S I've thought about reencoding the entire series in a better quality, but I don't know which filter I should apply to remove the noise effectively.
Well, we have Chinese subs for the series, and that's what we've used for the first 20 episodes. However, I kinda... was nutso and the people that did those episodes are no longer with us. ~_~ So now I need to find people to do 21-50, and if we had Korean, that would open up for even more possible translators.

In that case I can help you, but only after my exams ended. I have translated episodes 42, 48 and 49 from Rockman.EXE Axess so far, with the help of the Korean subs, and I think they are quite accurate. That's an other thing that I have translated them in Hungarian.
I think I'll send you the Korean subs in PM, if you would like to.
