That clip of Penguin no Mondai is actually kind of funny. It's similar to manzai, so the girl host, Shizu-chan, is the boke while the male host, Yama-kun, plays the straight man. Most of the jokes will make you roll your eyes because it's obviously catered to little kids, but once in awhile there's one or two that make you giggle. At least, that's what happened to me here. I can see how it grew popular. (
