Oh yah, that's what I thought it meant and what I meant... so I hit and healed the same people as last time, which is why I mentioned it.

To confirm:
"Alive Players" can hit and heal the same person 2 days running if they wish
"Ghosts" cannot hit and heal the same person 2 days.

Of course rules are subject to change when someone dies which will be mentioned in the next day or 2.
