I've been hearing 9/28 all over for both World Data Squad and Dawn/Dusk, but I can't seen to find a press release confirming it.

And according to an article on IGN, it says specifically "Digimon World Dawn and Digimon World Dusk will be available fall 2007." No official date there though.
Who knows? I'd like to hear something 100% official myself. I would love to have both come out on my birthday~

Wikipedia is usually a bad source.
There is not such a thing like accurate Evo routes or screwed up ones. But yes, some of them would be what you call more accurate.

Don't worry, though, there's nothing heavily strange in SB/ML (Dawn/Dusk), although some are a little on the odd side.
