Any instances when they show two evo lines for a Digimon?

They're Qinglongmon, Megidramon, Goddramon, and Holydramon.

So, it's just easier for some Digimon to branch off into other evo lines than other Digimon? @_@; This whole thing confuses me. I was so amazed by how I can degenerate a few digimon so that if i evolve them I can get Gaomon... Leomon... Dorumon...

Yes, some Digimon seem to evolve to specific Digimon a lot easier than others. Especially in Digimon Championship that seems to be the case.
