A number of forum changes

- Upgraded the forums to the latest version

- You'll see a number of changes in your UserCP. Now shows a bunch of "Latest" type things, so you can keep up with that. Also there are now little icons next to all the categories... and we also have a "In Progess" SMS hack there.
Feel free to add your number... or try to send me a SMS. @_@ I can't get the thing to work. (Here's a good way to maybe get around international limits? XD)

- The latest blog posts/comments now show up in the "New Posts" search

- There is now a copy of the breadcrumbs down at the bottom of threads too.

- ChatBox got a big update, and you can see the updates by looking at it

- A number of our other hacks were updated with some bugfixes and whatnot

And I think that's it...

That list for SMS providers isn't complete. I have my cellphone in Orange not only in Plus.
