As for being smart, you could probably get by with high school math and some college level machine shop classes. The technology on the planes are at 1944 levels (give or take some modifications), so as long as you have someone who has a AP certification you learn most of it on the job.

Actually, it's more of a knowing the right type of people kind of job. If you start on cars and you get really good at that, then find someone who will let you help them out with doing stuff to the airplanes than you might be able to eventually get a job doing that type of stuff.

We lose the link afterwards though, and we go back to attacking each other.

This is avoided with my brother when he actually wants to work together with me. We outline the idea/plan and then commence it. It's almost like we share a telepathic link when we work together.

Among certain people all I have to say is, "I have an idea!" and it induces them to put their "OH CRAP!" faces on.

My job is clean/polish this airplane when it gets dirty. It's almost all polished metal. I also do menial mechanic stuff.
