Back to the court case, public indecency is considered criminal case (?) and charged by public prosecutor (?). I don't think the local's demands are given a f***.

The quake killed a dozen of Singaporean kids (grade school children) on an adventure trip. :(

The legal fine by court is by cash, the buffaloes are what the locals demanded.

And local tribe elders demanded them to pay 10 sacrificial buffaloes to quench the anger of the gods.

It caused a fuss... A few of the tourists who were caught wre charged for public indecency

They claimed that the action enraged the guardian deities of the mountain and triggered the quake...

There were cases of tourists peeing and go naked on the sacred mountain...

Earthquake is so new to us to the extent that certain people are taking a spiritual view on this...

Well... Actually it's 80 miles away from the quake zone....

Going to quake zone again...
