Yet another pretty skin

pawitp took a bit of liberty with this skin and moved the navigation around... a decent amount of work was involved with that, so check out DATS.US Star Force, a Star Force/Ryuusei based skin!

I don't think it's completely finished, it looks kinda messed up for me at the top.
