Thanks to Pokemon Bank, I have now completed the National Dex on X, Y, and Omega Ruby, in addition to Alpha Sapphire (on which I initially completed it)!

I'm keeping all of my Pokemon on Y, and probably going to keep fodder/foreign Pokemon on OR, just to keep my Pokemon off of the Bank.

Honestly, it seriously showed me how simplified the dumb problem was.

In fact, like the second to last paragraph of my report just talked about how the four bar mechanism design would not really work as is.

Really wanted to start breeding for new Pokemon too. Maybe I'll just have to do it the old fashioned way and use the 2 IV Ditto
