I can breed you a Shroomish if you want, since having one early on made catching pokemon so much easier for me (it learns Spore at 45 if you cancel it's evolution and it can be taught False Swipe, it's freaking great), and as far as I know the only way to get it is from Friend Safari's or getting really lucky on Wonder Trade.
