Stupid parents are suing the company that made the gear he wore, saying that the gear should of prevented the accident.

I think it's a cute nickname nothing more. I also think that it's use should be something only you do.
That would require photographic evidence to prove, and I don't think megumi wants to post her picture online even if she isn't. But I'm assuming she isn't.
