No, that's a moped.
50cc engines have improved, at least, as long as you remove the restrictors enabling you to go 50 plus miles per hour. It also pollutes worse, but blade has never been one to put saving the enviroment over going faster. BURN WORLD!!! BUUUUUUUUUUURNNNNNNNNN!!!!!
