In the non-canonical movie, Vegeta hilariously shouts "Kakarotto Wa Ore No Mono Da!!" when Android 13 is beating his rival to death, and charges in to protect Goku. The context of this sentence is "Kakaroto is MY PREY hands off him", but "Ore No Mono Da" is usually used by jealous ex-boyfriends to say "belongs to me" (a good English translation is "Kakaroto is MINE"), leading many squealing fangirls to construe this as a Ho Yay moment.

Is it the case that Bulma made one for them?

Dragonball Z Kai fixes this, they follow the manga and cut out the filler and extra stuff. I'm at episode 4o, and Freeza just went into his Ultimate form.

As for the kid, the android was originally human, so I am assuming that the doctor that made her left certain organs in her body. I know this because of Tvtropes, I haven't watched the android stuff yet.
