Rules to test your skills as an Operator of Rockman

I'm just curious
Since i and one of my friend in my campus, wanna hold a Net Battle
But we want a real-fair fight
So, we wonder if we could make some rules to make a fair fight

Remember that differencial of battle chips makes some unfair things
So, we ever try to fight by only using Rockbuster, no battle chips, and no CW slide
But, as you may see, the battle was kinda boring

So, i just wanna ask for all of your suggestion

Can you guys state some rules to make a fight into a fair fight?
This could be Rockman.EXE or Ryuusei no Rockman

One list of rule that i made for Ryuusei :
- Use only P. Fang as your Rockbuster
- No Recov card
- May only use Cannon cards
- If in your CW shows no Cannon cards, you may choose any card, but if you use it, you'll lose
- No Rock attack
- No shielding



EDIT :
Busting time is not important if you apply these rules since the rules are made for testing your operating skills, not the greatness of your Legend Force or Battle Cards

No recovery cards, no field cards, no auras(barriers are allowed), and only cards which inflict hp bugs can be used. Poison panels affect the field, so it's a fail if you do so. Same goes for sanctuary. :confused:; DEATH MATCH!

You haven't mentioned about what Rockbuster should be used, or what other things that are prohibited

The differencial of equipment/Rockbuster --> Unfair

It feels kinda boring using only the buster alone, so I don't really wanna make only-buster kind of restrictions, you know?

Since if you put it in a battle with your friend, while your Rockbuster is different, this'll still unfair
You just haven't mentioned, which Rockbuster should be equipped
Is it has to be P.Fang, Kaiser Knuckle, EXE Blaster, or what?

I already said and feel that a battle with only using Rockbuster is really boring
So, that kind of rule is hard to be applied

Cannon and Sword cards are fine. You'd want to know how accurate people can be when slicing, ja?
As long as theres no Giga/Mega, s' fine.

Use 1st version of Battle Card/Chips

(For StarForce: make the Mega Weapon P. Fang)(For Battle Network, take out all programs from Navi Customizer.)

No Giga or Megas. No recovery cards/chips. No transformations.

One more list i made
- Players must use Kaiser Knuckle only
- No Brothers
- No shielding
- Use only Sword card. If in one turn, your CW shows no Sword card, you may choose any card, but you can't use it. If you use it, you'll lose
- No barrier or auras
- No panel affecting cards
- No Recov cards
- Use all of your Sword card to attack by using Rock attack. If you accidentally executed your Sword without in Rock attack condition, you'll lose
- No Megas and Gigas
- No Star Force or Tribe On
- Charge Shots are allowed

This could be done too
The point is, when you wanna wave battle your friend, and you wanna pick the situation into one same situation
Make a list of rules to make that kind of situation

-MUST HAVE 3 recovery 10 and 30 cards each.
-For elements, Only cards with hidden elements can be used.(e.g Breaker, wind, Sword)
-You MUST end the battle with a barrier of some sort.
-Megas and Gigas can be used, but only when the opponent has a barrier! :confused:;
-Neutral cards used have to be bombs and cannons. :]

Yea, that sounds fun. :confused:;

One more

- Recov that only allowed are Recov 10 cards
- Use only Cannon card
- No Megas and Gigas
- No SF or TO
- Use EXE Blaster as your Buster
- No barriers or auras
- No Panel-affecting card
- No shielding
- At the first turn, directly press OK
- No Rock attack
- Charge shots are NOT allowed, if you happen to charge your buster, just miss the target, if it hits, you'll lose

this might be good
But i think it'll gonna be boring, since we can only use Rock Buster
According to that list you made, Charge Shots are not even allowed

You don't want to make a game boring. So just use P.Fang with no Brother Force (or no Brothers at all), no Star Force, no Legend Force, with some ExtraFolder or another.

There are 2 of Extra Folder i think
And, don't forget that the Extra Folder's content must be the same
