well really late bump of a topic, but I've just been scouring for the Ryuusei anime series too for ages now and no luck. I guess everything is gone ehh? I'm looking for the first series, Episode 1-55 that is thanks.

There's a few v2s that aren't in that torrent. The v2s are improved translations and stuff; if you really want them, I can go dig them up from somewhere.

I've been trying the BakaBT links for Season 1 and Tribe, but they don't seem to connect to any seeders.
Been wanting to rewatch this for awhile too.

At least for the RnR, there are 17 seeders. Bakabt is usually pretty accurate on its peerlist. Are torrents in general working for you?

We no longer maintain torrents for files ourselves. Sorry.

I downgraded my torrent client and it worked, apparently the current version doesn't like BakaBT.
